Bizarre Bazaar 2-3 March 2013

Another bazaar ! Yaay! My friend offered me to join her bazaar event, it's called Bizarre Bazaar. Lots of random products here, from secondhand items, batik clothes, creepy ghostly products from Suddenly Sudden and also me and resatio's artsy stuff. I made some new jewelry design, pendant necklaces and also brooch. 

 This is me and Resatio's name sign. Just ignore the creepy little baby. hehe

Kopi Keliling Volume 6 @ 1/15 Coffee Jakarta

Kopi Keliling is an art project that choose coffee as their main issue. The exhibitions already held many times and now i get a chance to join the party, yay! Beside the exhibitions, i also join their mini art market, i sell some art products such as postcards, artprints and also pendant necklace.

The title of my work is Coffee Cantata,the main concept is about coffee addiction, i got the idea after reading an article on the internet about how the coffee culture already spread in Germany on 18th century. At that time the famous German composer, JS bach compose a music that inspired by this issue. I use Bach's Coffee Cantata partiture as my drawing base, pour some coffee for the paper texture and do the coloring with acrylic paint. And here is the result !

Sisi Lain Bumi Exhibition

This is my group exhibition held on 8 - 22 December 2012 at Padi Artground, Bandung. This exhibition is a tribute for a surrealism novel book "Sisi Lain Bumi" by my very talented friend, Gina Havier. This book can be purchased online here. 

 I exhibit 2 works that inspired by the short stories from the book. The first drawing is inspired by "Sisi Lain Bumi" the second story from the book that tells about a woman that spending most of her time searching for her soulmate. I think each person will have a different interpretation after reading this story, and for me the visualization comes like this.

And the second artwork is inspired by the seventh story from the book "Dalam Kegelapan". The story is about a group of people that trapped inside a building, and each person have to deal with some evilish creatures that finally lead them to death.

Kopi Keliling's Art Market #2

Last Sunday i was invited to join Kopi Keliling's Art Market #2, the event was held @ Tokove Kemang. I sell some art stuff there such as pendant, exclusive postcards and art prints. I shared the booth with my talented best friend Resatio Adi Putra, he's a collage artist and got so many beautiful collage artworks. The event was great, and i met many people that appreciate my artworks, that was really boosting my mood.

My First collaboration artwork with Roby Dwi Antono :D

This is my first collaboration project with the talented young artist from Yogyakarta, Roby Dwi Antono . I love his works very very muchhh, and luckily i had a chance to collaborate with him. First i came up with with this ugly rough sketch..

Then i give it to Roby and explain the main concept of this drawing.. And after 2 days... He sent me an email..
OMG! He works fast and improvise the drawing.. and it became much much more amazing than i expected. You rocks Robyyy!!! *whoot*

And now it's my turn to complete the artworks.. So here it is..
